If you're looking for support in your quilting business and think I might be the right fit, here’s what working together will look like. From the first message to getting things done, I want this process to feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. Below, you’ll find the steps we’ll take to get started, collaborate effectively, and ensure your business runs more smoothly with my support.

  • Step 1: Reach Out

    The first step is simple - just fill out the inquiry form below! This helps me learn more about your business, what kind of support you need, and how I can help. Once I receive your form, I’ll take a look and get back to you with the next steps.

  • Step 2: Let’s Chat

    If it looks like we’re a good fit, we’ll connect over email or a quick video call. This is a chance to talk about your business, the tasks you need help with, and how we can work together. After our chat, I’ll follow up to confirm if we’re moving forward and send over a contract.

  • Step 3: Onboarding & Setup

    Once the contract is signed, we’ll take care of the setup. If needed, we can have another short call to go over anything we didn’t cover earlier. You’ll send over any access or files I need, and we’ll make sure everything is organized so I can hit the ground running.

  • Step 4: Getting to Work

    Now the real work begins! I’ll start tackling your to-do list, checking in as needed and keeping things moving. If something takes longer, I’ll provide updates, and for quick tasks, you’ll hear from me once done. As new needs come up, we’ll work together to adjust and keep things flowing.

  • Step 5: Wrapping Up & What’s Next

    For one-time projects, I’ll send a draft for you to review before final delivery. If adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them before wrapping up. If we’re working together long-term, we’ll refine our process over time, and if you want to adjust our work, we can update as needed.

  • If you’re a quilting business owner looking for support with admin tasks, content creation, or behind-the-scenes work, chances are we’ll work well together! The best way to know for sure is to fill out my inquiry form, and we’ll go from there.

  • I primarily work with quilting-related businesses, including pattern designers, fabric shops, and creative entrepreneurs in the sewing industry. If your business is in a similar space, I’d love to chat!

  • Both! I offer one-time project support if you need help with something specific, as well as ongoing assistance for those looking for longer-term support.

  • I adapt to your preferred communication style, whether that’s through email, Slack, a project management tool, or another system you already use. I just prefer to avoid phone calls as my main method of communication.

  • I get it - things change! If you need to adjust our scope of work, we can discuss updating the contract to reflect any new tasks or ongoing needs.

  • I’ll take care of sending invoices, making the payment process simple and straightforward. Once we finalize our contract, I’ll provide all payment details. Depending on the scope of work, I may require a deposit or full payment before beginning. I accept all major credit cards and PayPal, and for ongoing services, I offer auto-pay options to make things even easier.

  • I’m comfortable with a variety of tools used in the quilting and creative business space, including email marketing platforms, project management software, design tools, and website management. If you use a specific system that I’m not familiar with, I’m always open to learning and adapting to what works best for you!
